Over the past years, I have worked with managers at various levels, coaching, guiding, and advising them in leading their teams. I have also conducted training sessions in areas such as leadership, performance management, personal effectiveness, communication skills, and effective meeting skills. As an experienced HR professional, I am well aware of the challenges that leaders face when managing their teams.
